Soak City (formerly WaterWorks) is part of Kings Dominion in Virigina.
The water park offers guests a large wave pools and a collection of waterslides, including the four slides off Pipeline Peak – The Night Slider, Power Plunge, Turbo Twister and Rip Slide. There is also a lazy river, family raft ride, interactive water play house and kiddie pool for toddlers.
Kings Dominion renovated and expanded the water park for the 2015 season and renamed it Soak City. The expanded park includes a new slide tower with six new slides. Aqua Blast is an 449-foot long enclosed tube ride with four 360-degree "constrictor" sprial loops. Thunder Falls are twin tube slides with a finale consisting of a single or double down drop. And Paradise Plunge consists of three capsule drop, high-speed body slides with paths consisting of horizontal loops and S-curves.
For 2020 the water park expanded again with two new attractions. Lighthouse Landing is a multi-level, interactive aqua play structure with 200 elements and 8 waterslides. Sand Dune Lagoon is a 24" deep mini-wave pool with one-foot waves so kids can splash and play.
Adjacent to Soak City and included with admission is Kings Dominion theme park with a large variety of roller coasters, rides and attractions for all ages.
