Editor's Note – Unfortunately Surf Coaster USA suddenly shut down after the 2006 season and has not reopened. While the park remained standing it suffered significant damage from a suspicious fire in October 2016.
This waterpark was a summer staple for New Hampshirites and the place to cool off during the warmth of summer. Surf Coaster USA waterpark had a variety of exciting water slides, 7 in total, plus a wave pool, and a children's water playground with fountains and geysers for those under 4-feet tall.
The park was also known for Slidester Racing, the "the original water slide spectacular" on the park's perennial favorites the Thunder and Lightning body slides or the 4-second long Hurricane and Tornado speed slides.
Surf Coaster USA's popular inner-tube ride was called Crazy River and there were two 400-foot-long enclosed body slides called Monster and Beast. Visitors also enjoyed the large wave pool with man-made surf.
