Operated by the city of Sommerset Kentucky this waterpark is known for having the largest lazy river in the state.
In addition to the endless river, SomerSplash Waterpark has a large 20,000 square-foot wave pool, water play structure with 30 interactive features and a tipping bucket, plus a collection of exciting waterslides. From a 40-foot tower you can plunge down a tube slide or twist your way down three exciting body slides– one fully enclosed, one partially enclosed, and one open.
The waterpark expanded in 2010 with the addition of two new waterslides – a bowl slide and speed slide – plus a children's wading pool.
