This is a family friendly attraction that has been entertaining guests in Panama City Beach for more than 25 years. Shipwreck Island Waterpark is a beachfront waterpark with more than a dozen water slides, a wave pool and water attractions on a beautifully landscaped 20-acre site.
Shipwreck Island has something for the entire family, including the 500,000 gallon Ocean Motion Wave Pool with three-foot man-made waves, White Knuckle River, a 660-foot inner tube ride with tubes that can accommodate an entire family, Zoom Flume, three twisting, turning body slides and a 2,000-foot long lazy river.
Thrill-seekers won't want to miss Tree Top Drop where two slides descend from a 65-foot tall platform with one a free-fall descent and the other offering a thrilling, twisted high-speed descent. For young children, the park has a water play activity area called The Tadpole Hole that is designed exclusively for them.
