Beach & Splash Away Bay is part of the 100-year old Quassy Amusement Park. This waterpark has 16 water slides and Saturation Station, an interactive water play structure with water cannons, fountains and more, plus it's topped by a 300-gallon water bucket that tips, drenching all below. Saturation Station also has the Tunnel Twister water slides that twist and turn for more than 400-feet.
Quassy has been expanding Splash Away Bay with new water attractions for all ages. The newest attraction is the Rocket Rapids Water Coaster, the first ride of its kind in Connecticut. The water coaster features four flying saucer elements for high-speed, accelerating banked turns and is more than 600-feet in length.
Other recent additions are the Category 5 Rapids tube slide complex with three different slide paths for single and double rider tubes. Other recently added rides include the BulletBOWL bowl tube ride and the side-by-side FreeFALL extreme body slides.
For young children Slide City is a seprate complex of five water slides designed for the park's youngest guests. Nearby a splash pad named Fish Pond offers gentle water fun for young children in a shallow pool.
Positioned on the shore of the lake is Quassy Beach a sandy, swimming beach on Lake Quassapaug. Here you can take a dip in the lake or soak up the sun. For your enjoyment and safety, lifeguards are always on duty.
Splash Away Bay water park is included with the Quassy all-day ride wristband or you can pay a separate admission fee to the water park and Quassy Beach. Lockers for personal belongings and changing rooms are available.

Admission to Quassy Amusement Park is free. Rides are priced individually using tickets or an unlimited ride wristband can be purchased. The waterpark is one admission price and can be combined with a ride wristband. Discount admission is offered after 4:00 pm.
The park is located at Lake Quassapaug, Rt. 64 in Middlebury, Connecticut.
From Route 8 North or South take I-84 West to Exit 16. Turn right, and take Route 188 two miles to the intersection of Route 64. Turn left, and continue one mile on Route 64 to the park.
From I-84 East take Exit 17 and go straight off exit to Route 64 and proceed four miles to the park.
