Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Rockford (Magic Waters Waterpark) was a municipal facility that as of 2019 has been acquired by Six Flags.

Attractions found at Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Rockford include The Abyss tube slides, two five-story tall tube rides in total darkness. Plus, the park has Typhoon Terror a four-person tube ride.

For more fun Tsunami Bay is a 707,000 gallon, heated wave pool, plus the park has a selection of body and tube slides, 1,200 foot long lazy river, five-story interactive water play structure and children's lagoon.

The opening for the park's new tube ride – Tidal Wave – has been postponed until 2021.
