Florida's only drive-through safari and walk-through amusement park with over 900 animals, including animal displays, encounters and feeding experiences, plus 9 rides, a water park, dining, shopping and more.
Lion County Safari's water park area is offers guests the chance to cool off in the heat of the summer. The original spray ground opened in 2005 and was expanded with water slides in 2014. The two water slides include a 214-foot long loop slide and a 108-foot long freefall slide.
The water park is expanding again in 2019 with the addition of Safari Falls. This new attraction covers 10,000 square-feet and offers additional capacity to the popular water park. The new water play structure is in shallow 20-inch deep pool and features interactive elements, like water cannons, water slides and a 550-gallon dump bucket, one of the largest in the country.
