Located 30 minutes north of Downtown Austin is Typhoon Texas a family-friendly water park that offers a variety of attractions for all ages, including a large wave pool, water activity pool, lazy river, and more than a dozen waterslides.
Come here to race your friends and family on the Lone Star Racers– a six-lane, side-by-side, head first, racing mat slide. Nearby you can join up with a friend or ride by yourself on The Duelin' Dalton tube rides.
The water park also has three exciting body slides and for daring thrill-seekers, The Gunslinger and Shootout, are side-by-side freefall body slides that begin with you standing in an enclosed capsule where the floor drops out beneath you.
Additional amenities at the water park include cabana rentals with a personal attendant, food & beverage stands, a gift shop, and of course locker rentals.

From Austin take I-35 North or from Waco take I-35 South. Continue to exit 250 towards Texas Toll 45 east. Merge onto Texas Toll 45 East. Exit Kelly Lane/FM 685, turn right at FM 685. Stay in the middle lane at the split of 685/130 access road and stay left on Texas Toll 130 Access Road. The water park will be on the right.
