This historic hot springs pool and lodge is located in Glenwood Springs, Colorado in the middle of the Rocky Mountains. Glenwood Hot Springs features the World’s Largest Hot Springs Pool, 107 room lodge, kids splash pad, and adventure river. There is also an athletic club and spa for relaxation.
Glenwood Hot Springs Pool is open year-round and always kept at a comfortable 90 to 93 degrees F. An adjacent therapy pool averages 104 degrees.
The giant main pool spans over two city blocks, running the length of the historic bathhouse. A section of the deep end is open for lap swimming and there is a diving area and kiddie pool as well.
In 2019 Glenwood Hot Springs opened three exctiting new attractions. Sopris Splash Zone is a new children's play area with three mini-waterslides, waterfall, and interactive water features. Shoshone Chutes Adventure River replaces the parks body and tube slides. The river ride is like riding down a Colorado whitewater river on a tube with twists, turns and turbulent waters. Grand Fountain serves as a kid-friendly splash pad during the day, but at night comes alive as a lighted fountain that can be seen from the hot springs pool and nearby Glenwood Springs.
