Dollywood's Splash Country waterpark is located adjacent to Dollywood theme park. Situated in a wooded mountain setting, this themed waterpark offers attractions like a lazy river, wave pool and many exciting water slides.
Attractions at the park include a family white water rafting adventure ride called Big Bear Plunge, the 25,000 square-foot Mountain Waves wave pool, two interactive children's water play areas and 25 additional water slides. Thrill-seekers must try Fire Tower Falls, Tennessee's tallest water slides that freefall down from a 70-foot platform.
With so many great attractions, it's no surprise that Dollywood's Splash Country has been recognized as being one of the country's top waterparks by The Travel Channel and was in 2001 named the "Best New Waterpark in America" by the World Waterpark Association.
