This historic amusement park and swimming pool has been Cincinnati's outdoor playground since 1886.
Sunlite Water Adventure is home to the Coney Island Sunlite Pool, the world's largest recirculating swimming pool. Built in 1925 the pool holds more than three million gallons of water spread over two acres, including over an acre of shallow water and a deep end with six diving boards and lanes for lap swimming.
The waterslides at Sunlite Water Adventure includes the park's newest slides The Twister. Starting from a four and half story platform riders choose from two body slides or tube slides with single or double rider tubes. The Cycloneis a 70-foot enclosed body slide into the deep end of the Sunlite Pool, and the historic Silver Bullet speed slide that has been making splashes into the Sunlite Pool since 1945!
Sunlite also has the Typhoon Tower water play structure. This multi-level water playground has 73 interactive play stations. But be prepared for the bell, when you hear it the world’s largest erupting hydro storm will shoot out 1,300 gallons of water from the top of the 33-foot tower.
Fans of diving will enjoy the Cannonball Cove pool with two 3-foot diving boards and the intimidating 9-foot tall high dive board.
