Avalanche Bay

Michigan's largest indoor waterpark has been voted the best waterpark in Michigan by the readers of The Detroit News. Inside Avalanche Bay the temperature is always a comfortable 84 degrees no matter the time of year.

Attractions found at this indoor waterpark include Splasherhorn, a multi-level water play structure topped with an 800-gallon tipping bucket. Rip Zone a surf simulator where you can ride the prefect continous wave. Vertigo a cannonbowl tube slide that sends riders for a swirl around a giant bowl to eventually be flushed into a pool below.

There is also a lazy river ride, 4-lane side-by-side, racing mat slide and Super-G, a winding inner tube ride.

Avalanche Bay also features an interactive shallow pool for children, climbing wall, water sports pool, and several hot tubs to relax in.
