Formerly Six Flags Waterworld, the new Raging Waters Sacramento has 25 water rides including thrilling body and tube slides, Northern California's original wave pool, and the 800-foot long Calypso Cooler lazy river.
Thrill-seekers will want to try the Cliffhanger, six-story, dual-racing free fall body slides or Splashdown, two unique "drop out" slides that plunge riders six feet down into a 10-foot-deep pool. Children of all ages will also love Hook's Lagoon, an interactive, five-story water kingdom featuring water slides, secret tubes and hundreds of water activities.
