Inside Avalanche Bay the temperature is always a comfortable 84 degrees no matter the time of year. Attractions in this indoor waterpark include Splasherhorn a multi-level water play structure topped with an 800-gallon tipping bucket. Ride the waves of Rip Zone a surf simulator that creates a prefect wave indoors. Vertigo is a cannonbowl tube slide that sends riders around-and-around a giant bowl to eventually be flushed into a pool below. Boyne River is a relaxing lazy river, plus there is race a 4-lane Downhill Mat Racer slide and Super G a winding inner tube slide. Avalanche Bay also features an interactive shallow pool for children, climbing wall water sports pool and several hot tubs to relax in.

From I-75 North to Gaylord take exit 282 to M-32. Turn left on M-32 and proceed west through the villages of Elmira 12 miles to US-131. Turn right on US-131 and proceed north 8 miles to the Boyne Mountain entrance on the left.
